Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping process.

1. 📦 Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. 🚚 Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.

3. 📬 Delivery Fees

  • USPS ground advantage is available for all U.S. orders.

  • We do not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.

4. 🚫 Where We Ship

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), PO Boxes, or international destinations.

5. ❗ Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure you are available to receive your package at the provided shipping address.

  • If you are not home, please contact your local post office or arrange for a trusted person to receive the package on your behalf.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment fees will apply.

6. 📭 Missing or Delayed Parcels

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

    • Check your front porch, mailbox, or building mailroom.

    • Contact your local post office to inquire.

    • Wait 1–2 business days in case of premature scan.

  • If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.
