Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping process.
1. 📦 Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
2. 🚚 Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.
3. 📬 Delivery Fees
USPS ground advantage is available for all U.S. orders.
We do not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.
4. 🚫 Where We Ship
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), PO Boxes, or international destinations.
5. ❗ Missed or Failed Deliveries
Please ensure you are available to receive your package at the provided shipping address.
If you are not home, please contact your local post office or arrange for a trusted person to receive the package on your behalf.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment fees will apply.
6. 📭 Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
Check your front porch, mailbox, or building mailroom.
Contact your local post office to inquire.
Wait 1–2 business days in case of premature scan.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.
